Chair
Giovanni Cerda serves as the Chair for the 2025-26 season.
Vice Chair
Elya Courtney serves as the Vice Chair of the board for the 2025-26 season. She assists in coordinating division tournaments and identifying areas for growth in Georgia Fencing. Elya is motivated to continue developing collegiate fencing clubs and local tournament resources, since she believes they are important to continuity and quality of the sport. When she isn't working in a chemistry lab, she is an active fencer, referee, and tournament organizer.
Secretary/ Treasurer
Charise Munlin serves as the Secretary and the Treasurer of the board for the 2025-26 competitive season, a role she has held since the 2016-17 season. She is an experienced fencing mom, 15 years and counting and a senior payroll manager outside of fencing. In her role as Secretary, Charise heads of all of the communications from the Georgia Division Board, helps in making sure tournament organizers are in compliance with their referees, also submits tournament results, ratings changes, and Officials reports to USA Fencing. One of her main interests for the 2025-26 season is reviving and setting the Georgia Points list and the associated season end awards. She is always focused on Tournament Organizer training, and is here to help ensure that Georgia tournaments are run as successfully as they can be.

Kathy Vail serves as Tournament Committee Chair for the 2025-26 competitive season.
